Bambus Group is an independent company, founded in 2014 in the capital of Kosovo, Prishtina. However, the idea and the roots of the Group emerged long before. For several years, hard work and vision were put to build a network of companies and connect experts in different fields.
Today their holding is one of the fastest growing companies in Kosovo. Underpinned by qualities like strong roots and character, multipurpose usage and being a gradually growing force, the name Bambus was born.
Bambus Group’s journey most appropriately reflects the philosophy of the Bamboo Tree. In the first 4 years of planting the tree, no visible signs of activity is seen. While in fifth year, the Bamboo Tree grows 80 feet tall in just six weeks. While the impression is that the tree lied dormant for four years only to grow exponentially in the fifth, a lesson is learnt personified per people’s efforts.
The little tree was growing underground, developing a root system strong enough to support its potential for outward growth in the fifth year and beyond. Had the tree not developed a strong unseen foundation it could not have sustained its life as it grew. The same principle is true for Bambus Group. While patiently toiled towards worthwhile dreams and goals, building strong character while overcoming adversity and challenge, Bambus Group grew the strong internal foundation to handle success
Bambus Group is active locally in Pristina, Peja, Drenas, Ferizaj, Vushtri and Lipjan. Besides Kosovo, we also have regional coverage through leading a company branch in Tirana, Albania. Further, we also are present in the global market through partner companies, our services cross continents, thus with Bambus Group being also present in markets of Africa, Asia, Europe, North America, Australia and South America.

Bambus Group follows leading security practices for the safety of our gathered Data and Information. We are certified by TÜV NORD with DIN ISO / IEC 27001: 2013 “Information Security Management Systems”, which provides assurance to our clients that we’re updating frequently our Quality and Security Management Program in complete accordance with international laws in action such as GDPR and ISO.
Bambus Group adheres to the “Standards of Quality assurance in Social and Market Research”. We also follow the principles of DIN ISO 20252 “Social and Market Research Services”, while planning to get certified for this standard in mid-2019.
In order to be able to gather conclusive data, come up with worthwhile results, and draw meaningful conclusions, it is important to prepare our interviewers professionally. By implementing standard ISO DIN 9001, every process within Bambus International is carefully defined and controlled by the Human Resource Department.
Our supervisors support and accompany our interviewers and ensure that their projects are implemented efficiently. Quality and performance play an important role in achieving the desired results.
Our Supervising team has all technical abilities to follow our interviewers closely as they work in phone calls or in the field, thereby monitoring their communication, fair sampling, and qualitative interviewing. This continuous monitoring enables us to prepare individual reports for our employees and provide feedback to them. An added benefit of live monitoring is the improvement in the communication skills of our interviewers.
